1 Wash the beans well .Cut both the ends and also pull out strings. Chop the amarakka finely.
2 Peal the potatoes and cut into small cubes.
3 Heat a fry pan and add coconut oil add mustard seeds when it crackles add red chili, small onions and garlic cruhed together. Fry them for 23 minutes.
4 Now add few curry leves and turmeric powder followed by red chilly powder.Fry for 1 minute.
5 Add the chopped beans and potatoes together and mix everything together by adding enough salt.no need to add water.
6 Cover and cook until almost cooked in low to medium heat. Saute in between.
7 Serve it warm with rice and other nadan spicy curries.Enjoy!
